Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Long Island, including Nassau and Suffolk counties, subject to route availability.
What days do you deliver?
Regular deliveries are available Monday through Friday. The Fulton Fish Market is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
What is the order cutoff?
The general cutoff is approximately 9 PM for next-business-day delivery, subject to product availability and route scheduling.
Why do fresh seafood prices change?
Fresh seafood prices can change daily due to weather, fishing conditions, catch, season, and market availability. Frozen product pricing is generally more stable.
Can you quote the same brands I already use?
Yes. Include your preferred brand, size, pack, and approximate quantity when requesting pricing. We’ll try to quote the same product whenever possible.
What happens if there is a problem with an order?
Contact us promptly. Depending on the issue, you may be asked to keep the product refrigerated or frozen so pickup and an appropriate credit can be arranged.
Do you only sell to restaurants?
No. We also serve pizzerias, caterers, country clubs, retail fish markets, and other food-service businesses.
